Additionally: We offer Agent Generated Referral (AGR) programs through our affiliation with Anywhere Leads Network! An agent generated referral is an agent initiated partnership between one of the reward programs offered, and our office, on your and your clients behalf. This process allows your clients to receive a reward at closing (usually cash back), and decreases the fee required for you to work with them (usually 45%) in order for them to receive that benefit.
